General Information
The first Hercules Dome workshop will take place on May 10-11, 2021, using a virtual platform. This is both a planning meeting and an open science meeting, which will provide an opportunity to hear about some of the latest Antarctic ice core research, and to begin to develop new collaborations. Visit the workshop/meeting webpage for additional information.
If you are interested in attending the workshop/meeting, complete the registration form below and hit the "Submit Registration Form" button.
If you have any questions about the registration form, please email Joe Souney.
Talks
Are you interested in giving a talk at the meeting? We will have time for a small number of 15-20 minute presentations. We are particularly interested in hearing novel ideas, significant updates to ice core methods or discoveries, or "big picture" talks that will help place the Hercules Dome ice core project in context for a scientifically diverse audience.
We will also have a virtual "pop-up" session, allowing for more participants to introduce their research with 2-3 slides in 3-4 minute talks, followed by discussion.
The deadline to register if you are interested in giving a talk is April 23. The schedule for both the long and short talks will be finalized after abstract submission closes on April 23.
